Planning consent obtained for more than 200,000sqft of residential-led development on a town centre site currently home to a 13,500sqft office building

Cromwell owns and manages property across all sectors and is always looking for further investment opportunities to bolster its portfolio.

All propositions will be considered on their merits but adding value through active management initiatives has always been central to Cromwell’s investment philosophy.

While properties in good locations throughout England will be considered, those in the South, (particularly in the south west quadrant of the M25 from the M23 to the M40, south to the Coast, west to Poole/Bristol and north to Oxford) where our local market knowledge can be employed to best effect, are likely to be most favoured.

Lot sizes of £1m to £5m for single-let investments and up to c. £20m for multi-let estates.
