Guildford, Stoke Road

Having acquired this town centre site unconditionally and later secured planning consent for a new office building, the office market softened and alternative uses were therefore investigated.  Subsequently, 13 new build apartments were developed and sold in a joint venture arrangement with a major national homebuilder.

Brentford, Exion

Fronting the A4 and visible from the elevated section of the M4 at Brentford, opposite the worldwide HQ of GlaxoSmithKline, this 17,000sqft office building was developed speculatively and sold to the State of Kuwait for its healthcare division.
