Our portfolio comprises a diverse range of office, industrial and retail properties located predominantly in South East England.

We aim to grow our portfolio through selective investment and development.  Acquisitions tend to be entrepreneurial in nature, targeting assets where the underlying rental is low or the underlying site/vacant possession value is high relative to the purchase price.  We are always willing to take a longer term view where we perceive opportunities exist to add value through active management initiatives.

Our financial strength and modest levels of gearing enable us to react rapidly when attractive opportunities are identified, irrespective of wider market conditions.
